You can look forward to exciting challenges, an inspiring environment, and a work culture that combines flexibility and collaboration.As part of our team, you will take on the following responsibilities:You are responsible for the sales territory - Central Germany, South, North or MiddleYou are accountable for managing existing customers and acquiring new customersYou maintain and further develop existing customer relationships within the fleet segmentYou ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and actively manage churn preventionYou identify cross- and upselling potential for the following products: national and international fuel supply, fuel and charging cards, charging solutions for corporate (@work) and private (@home) locations, fleet management software, telematics, and additional products from the DKV Mobility portfolioYou acquire new fleet customers within the assigned sales territoryYou sell the full product portfolio to prospective new customers and develop tailored solutions to meet the specific requirements of the fleet and mobility industryYou analyze market trends and competitor activities and prepare regular reports and forecastsYou participate in industry events, trade fairs, and customer events, and build and sustainably maintain a strong network within the fleet and mobility ecosystem What makes you stand out You bring several years of experience in field sales, ideally within the fleet, vehicle management, and mobility environment, and preferably hold a completed degreeYou have strong knowledge of the fleet, vehicle management, and mobility industryYou are fluent in German and English, both written and spokenYou are confident working with MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and ideally have experience with AI tools such as Copilot or ChatGPTYou have a strong sales mindset, are communicative, work independently, are results-oriented, and act with an entrepreneurial spiritIdeally, you live directly within the sales territory and have a home office.
