Hourglass Cosmetics – Retail Artist (Part Time)
Position: 3 days (24 hours) per week, preferred on Thursdays – Saturdays. The role focuses on brand ambassador responsibilities, customer service, sales performance and ongoing product education. Build and grow the existing customer base.
Establish strong relationships with in‑store staff & management, and retailer partners. Achieve and exceed daily sales targets. Deliver exceptional customer service. Respect retailer processes, policies and maintain confidentiality of internal information. Receive support from your Area Manager and the opportunity to co‑shape processes.
