Assures manufacturing, quality and reliability of technically challenging PCBAs throughout the outsourced supply chain Lead complex root cause investigations for PCA-related manufacturing and field failures in collaboration with Product Engineering, R&D and the CM. Assess DFT readiness and support implementation of efficient test coverage strategies Act as technical engineering partner for manufacturing sites and suppliers. Analyze manufacturing, test, repair, yield, and reliability data to identify trends and improvement opportunities. Apply data-driven methods to identify systematic process weaknesses.

Bachelor's, Master's, or university degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Mechatronics, Materials Science, Physics, or a comparable field. Advanced data analysis skills, including extraction, interpretation, and presentation of complex manufacturing, quality, test, and reliability data to support problem-solving and continuous improvement initiatives.
