Manager Digital Growth & Automation (gn)

Full‑time or part‑time (minimum 30 h/week), hybrid model. As part of a leading European B2B platform for on‑the‑road payment solutions, you will drive the transition toward an efficient and sustainable future of mobility by building and continuously improving data‑driven, automated growth and next‑best‑action (NBA) logics for our micro‑customer portfolio, with a strong focus on the webshop.

Responsibilities

  • Build and continuously develop data‑driven, automated growth and Next‑Best‑Action logics for the micro‑customer portfolio, focusing on the webshop.
  • Design and own NBA use cases (cross‑ and up‑sell) for the micro‑customer portfolio, translating webshop signals, purchase data, and model outputs into concrete, automated NBA logics.
  • Establish and manage A/B testing and personalization for NBA modules in the shop, from hypothesis definition and prioritization to analysis and scaling.
  • Work closely with Data Engineers, Performance Marketing, and Development to ensure end‑to‑end information flows between the webshop, CRM, ERP, customer portal, and additional systems, and drive the structural setup of the NBA topic from a webshop perspective (standards, decision logics, fallbacks, governance).
  • Define KPIs, tracking concepts, and reports to measure the webshop NBA impact.
  • Act as the business owner for automated growth mechanisms in the shop and ensure scalability across all markets.

Qualifications

  • Strong data and analytical mindset (hypothesis building, KPI definition, uplift thinking, segmentation, and decision logics).
  • Hands‑on experience working with Data Scientists and Data Engineers.
  • Experience in web analytics and experimentation.
  • Experience introducing, further developing, and optimizing data‑driven solutions for business users.
  • Confident use and interpretation of ML model outputs without developing models yourself.
  • HTML skills (e.g., for transactional emails triggered by webshop orders).
  • Solid eCommerce experience with a focus on shopping touchpoints (PDP, cart, checkout) and conversion optimization.
  • Structured and self‑driven work style, with a clear business and scalability focus.
  • Confident stakeholder management in cross‑functional setups (Data, Development, Performance Marketing, UX, CRM).
  • Basic SQL skills for data exploration (independently navigating input data and ML outputs).

Benefits

  • Hybrid working model combining flexibility and collaboration.
  • Flexible working hours and family‑friendly working time models.
  • Access to a modern learning environment for ongoing personal development.

Diversity & Inclusion

Regardless of age, gender, origin, sexual identity, and orientation. Severely disabled applicants will be given preference if equally qualified.
